Grounding Yoga in physical well-being practices a series of flows after looking at the meaning of the Warrior Postures. This class is for beginners and the Yoga student who wants to move to new levels of practice. This practice will work with the physical body choosing to move to a new level, it will also allow the mind to remember to "be still," and practice the breath at peace with the true flow after breathing through the warrior pose itself. The core strength begins in the middle and allows all the muscles to connect with relaxing the expression. This allows us to flow through the energy gracefully and powerfully. We begin by becoming still, then flow, trusting the energy to support the flow. We ground into the ever ending Now. Grounding Yoga reminds the yoke to practice the Power of Now.
