Qigong is an ancient Chinese meditative practice which uses slow graceful movements to open up the body and stimulate the flow and storage of chi (energy). It combines natural, physical movement with breathing, concentration and visualization. Although the movements are gentle and slow, it provides a full body and mind workout that will relieve stress and increase energy levels.
