Shine Yoga
Shine Yoga is an intentional, grounding practice that blends mindful movement with gentle strength work to support both body and spirit. Each class begins with an angel card pull to help set a personal intention for the practice, followed by grounding, relaxation, and letting go of what no longer serves. Using light resistance bands, we gently engage the arms, shoulders, and core with mindful breath awareness. After activating the muscles, the practice transitions into gentle yoga postures designed to release tension and relax the entire body. This balanced approach leaves you feeling strong, centered, and renewed. Each class concludes with Savasana to support rest and renewal.
