Power Yoga is a strong, energizing flow designed to challenge the body while staying deeply connected to breath and intention. The practice begins with grounding, releasing old energy, and letting go of anything no longer serving the body. We then open the hips and shoulders to prepare for a more dynamic sequence that builds heat through core engagement, breathwork, and flowing Warrior poses. In this class, movement and breath are closely linked—arms and legs may move with the breath while holding Warrior postures, creating strength, focus, and coordination. Expect core work, increased pacing, and a greater emphasis on balance and stability compared to more restorative classes. The practice builds toward a full vinyasa flow before easing into stillness. Each class concludes with Savasana to support rest and renewal.
