Gentle Yin Yang is a slow, nourishing yoga practice designed to help you soften the body and quiet the mind. This class focuses on opening the hips and shoulders, gently supporting the spine and core, and inviting you out of your head and into your breath. All movements are done on the mat—sitting, on hands and knees, and lying down in supine or prone positions—making it deeply accessible and grounding. With the generous use of props such as bolsters and blankets, the class leans heavily into restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation. Expect a calming, supportive experience that encourages deep relaxation, mindful breathing, and a sense of ease throughout the body. All classes finish with Savasana to support rest and renewal.
