Fine-Tune Your Warrior is a mindful, alignment-focused practice designed to refine and deepen your Warrior poses from the ground up. The class begins with grounding and intentional release, inviting you to shed old or stagnant energy that no longer serves the body. We start by opening the hips and spine, preparing for a detailed exploration of Warrior I, II, and III. Special attention is given to footwork, leg engagement, hip alignment, and the integration of shoulders and arms, creating a strong and stable foundation. Breath awareness is central to the practice, with a focus on Ujjayi breath as we move through the postures with purpose. The class concludes with a finishing vinyasa flow, leaving you feeling clear, empowered, and embodied. All classes finish with Savasana to support rest and renewal.
