Awakening Yoga is an intentional, breath-led flow designed to help you release, ground, and energize the body from the inside out. The practice begins slowly, focusing on grounding, softening, and letting go of stale energy or anything no longer serving you. From there, we gently open the hips, spine, and shoulders, preparing the body for deeper movement. As the class unfolds, we transition into a mindful flow through Warrior I, II, and III, first exploring each posture with awareness and steady Ujjayi breath, then linking them into a smooth, continuous sequence. This class balances strength, openness, and presence, leaving you feeling centered, awake, and ready for the day. All classes finish with Savasana to support rest and renewal.
